If you would like to changes cards on your QuadPay account, a new card needs to be added first, then you can remove the old card.
How to add a card to your QuadPay account via the QuadPay App in 3 easy steps:
- Tap Account in the app
- Tap Payment methods
- To add a card -> Tap on Add a debit card
Note: Check your order(s) to make sure the correct card is being used to pay your installments after you add your new card.
How to delete a card:
After you add a new card first, then you can delete the old card from an order. You must have at least one card in your QuadPay account at all times.
To remove a card -> Tap on the x, confirm by tapping Delete Card
The zip code you enter for this card must match the billing zip code associated with the card you are adding, and the CVV must match the CVV on the back or front of your card.
QuadPay does not support pre-paid debit cards or Square Cash debit cards.
If you are still having difficulty adding a payment card, please submit a support ticket with a screenshot of the error you are seeing. We will ensure you are refunded for any late fees charged as a result of technical difficulties if the above steps have been followed.
