Add or remove a card to your QuadPay account via the QuadPay App in just 3 easy steps:
Note: Before you decide to delete a payment card, it is important that you make sure the card is not already associated with a payment plan. First you must add a new payment method with sufficient funds and then can delete the other card on file.
- Tap Account in the app
- Tap Payment methods
- To add a card -> Enter your card information and then tap on Add a payment card
To remove a card -> Tap on a card, hold onto it and slide it to the left, and then click on Delete
The zip code you enter for this card must match the billing zip code associated with the card you are adding, and the CVV must match the CVV on the back or front of your card.
QuadPay does not support pre-paid debit cards or Square Cash debit cards.
If you are still having difficulty adding a payment card, please submit a support ticket with a screenshot of the error you are seeing. We will ensure you are refunded for any late fees charged as a result of technical difficulties if the above steps have been followed.
