We had identified an issue when checking out using the QuadPay app with merchants that may charge a card multiple times. This should now be resolved and you should be able to buy from merchants who use this system (such as Amazon).
NOTE: We have also made some updates to our app. After you have successfully placed a purchase request and are given your virtual card details, please make sure to NOT cancel the purchase request. Doing this may charge the order to any other default card you may have on file with Amazon. If you would still like to cancel the authorization, only do so if you would like to request a different authorization amount. When attempting to place one or more orders after cancelling an authorization, you may see a "You have an existing order in progress" error and it can take up to 24 hours for the authorization(s) to fall off.
To dismiss or hide the card information, tap the X in the top right corner. You can still access your purchase request or card details by tapping the shop or orders tab.
