The easiest way to fix the "Hang Tight" message is to update the QuadPay app to the latest version in the App store / Google Play store.
Once you are using the latest version of the QuadPay app and you place a new order, you may see a "Hang tight! Your account is on hold" message like the one from the image below pop up on your screen.
This message pops up on your screen when our system identifies that an account needs to be reviewed to determine whether it can be used to place new orders.
If you have received a Hang tight! Your account is on hold message, please let us know by submitting a ticket request here.
While we cannot guarantee access, we will conduct a review of your account and let you know whether you have been approved to use the QuadPay app once the review process is complete.
If you were not approved to use the QuadPay app, please note that you will still be required to pay off existing payments although you will not be able to place any new orders.
